We take great care in creating and packaging your candle. Due to the personalised nature of our products, our returns policy is as outlined below.

A candle may only be returned if:

•The candle is unlit and unused, AND

•The item was damaged during transit, AND

•You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the candle has been lit, used, or altered in any way.

Because our candles are personalised with custom messages, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

•Incorrect messages provided by the customer

•Change of mind

•Minor aesthetic variations

    • Offensive, unwanted or unwelcome messages  

 

Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before submitting your order. A message submitted with incorrect spelling is your responsibility, not ours.

If your return is approved:

•The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

•We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once the returned candle is received and inspected:

•If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

•Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.

Important Safety Information:

•Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface.

•Never leave a burning candle unattended.

•Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.

•Trim the wick to 5mm before each use.

•Discontinue use when less than 2cm of wax remains.

•Candle may contain small objects (personalised messages); avoid ingesting or allowing children to handle.

•By using our candles, you accept responsibility for safe use.
