Are your candles safe for babies, toddlers, and pets?
Yes. Our candles are crafted with non-toxic, eco-friendly wood wicks. However, we always recommend burning candles in a well-ventilated room and keeping them on a high surface out of reach of children and pets.
How can I prevent my candle from "tunneling"?
To prevent a memory ring, ensure the first burn lasts long enough for the wax to melt completely across the top to the edges (usually 2–3 hours).
Are your fragrances phthalate-free?
Absolutely. We use premium fragrance oils that are 100% phthalate-free and paraben-free to ensure a clean, healthy burn for your home.
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your discount code at the checkout page under the “Order Summary” section. Please note that only one promo code can be used per order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the country takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to select international locations! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. Please wait 24 hours, check with neighbors, or contact your local post office. If it still hasn’t arrived, reach out to our support team.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened candles in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit.
My candle arrived broken. Can I get a replacement?
We are sorry to hear your candle arrived damaged. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we send a replacement immediately at no extra cost
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
