What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for unused and unopened candles in their original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit.
My candle arrived broken. Can I get a replacement?
We are sorry to hear your candle arrived damaged. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery and we send a replacement immediately at no extra cost
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
